Dolly Gallagher-Levi is a superlative meddler with a card for everything, working multiple matches and angles at once when her high-spirited adventures include finding a match for the ornery but wealthy Horace Vandergelder, in the Tony Award®-winning musical theatre classic, Hello, Dolly!, adapted from The Matchmaker by Thornton Wilder, with music and lyrics by Jerry Herman and book by Michael Stewart. “It Only Takes a Moment” to “Put on Your Sunday Clothes” and catch “Hello, Dolly!” “Before the Parade Passes By” at Electric City Playhouse in Anderson. Performances are Fridays through Sundays, May 1st through 17th. The production is directed by Robb Alverson and produced by special arrangement with Tams-Witmark, Inc.
